I wanted to share some of my favorite resources with you that helped me through my first pumping journey. I know that there are so many different ones out there and these are just a few suggestions to get you started.

Books:
My favorite way to multitask is with a good audio book so all of these can be found on Audible
The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding – Diana Wiesinger
This was a great thorough introduction into breastfeeding.
Work Pump Repeat – Jessica Shortall
This was the most helpful guide I found as it cut straight to the chase and is a quick read/listen.
The Happy Sleeper – Heather Turgeon, Julie Wright
This is a “sleep training” book that I read multiple times my first 6 months.
Helpful Websites:
These guys will help you get a breast pump through your insurance! This is extremely helpful. They would also remind me when I could get free new pump parts through my insurance program.
A lot of my friends raved about this website, and they said it taught them all about pumping.
This is a great resource on everything babies and ranges from sleep training classes to general baby advise.
Instagram Accounts:
takingcarababies - helpful account that goes along with the above mentioned website
This is where I got all my tips and tricks regarding pumping and where I learned all about the second let down and power pumping.
Podcast:
